Balance is payable 8 weeks before rental period commences. Total amount should be paid for holidays at time of booking if booked less than 8 weeks before the holiday commences.

Please note that the 25% deposit, which is required before a booking can be confirmed, is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.

Please note Wi-Fi is available on a fair-usage basis.

Lettings are normally from Friday (4pm) to Friday (10 am). Short breaks and weekend breaks to be confirmed by telephone.
